Who we are

This learning platform is operated for your school by SchoolConex. It is used to deliver course content, collect student work, and record learning progress for enrolled students.

What we collect

Account information (name, email address, role), coursework you submit, learning progress and completion records, grades and teacher feedback, and technical logs needed to run the service securely. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use student data for advertising.

Ontario student records

For Ontario schools, records that form part of the Ontario Student Record are governed by the OSR Guideline and the school's own retention policies. The school remains the custodian of student records; this platform processes them on the school's instructions.

Access, correction, and deletion

Students, and parents or guardians of students under 18, may ask the school to access or correct records held in the platform. Deletion and retention follow the school's policies and applicable law.
